Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By ticking the box “I give my consent to the processing of personal data” in the request form on f4studio.com, I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to Individual Entrepreneur Dmitrii Shamilevich Isaev (ИП Исаев Дмитрий Шамилевич), a sole proprietor registered in Russia (INN 165607538865, OGRNIP 325169000076149; address: Apt. 29, 8 Sadovaya St., Osinovo village, Zelenodolsk Municipal District, Republic of Tatarstan, 422527, Russia — 422527, Республика Татарстан, Зеленодольский муниципальный район, с. Осиново, ул. Садовая, д. 8, кв. 29; the “Operator”), to process my personal data on the terms below, in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” (“Law 152-FZ”).

Purposes

• to consider my request and prepare a contract: contact me by the phone number or email I provided, discuss the project, prepare a proposal, sign a contract; tell my request from spam; understand which page and which source or ad it came from;
• to measure the Operator’s advertising: tell YANDEX LLC which visit and which ad click led to my request and how it ended — without my name or contact details.

What data

• name;
• phone number;
• email address;
• project details given in the request;
• the IP address and browser details the request was sent from;
• the address of the page the request was sent from, the address of the page on another website I came from (referrer) and ad tags;
• to measure advertising — the Yandex Metrica visitor ID (ClientID) and the Yandex Direct ad click ID (yclid), if my browser has them and I have not turned off statistics on the site, and information on how my request ended.

What may be done with the data

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, rectification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction — with and without automation.

Who receives the data

• Yandex.Cloud LLC (ООО «Яндекс.Облако»), 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021, Russia (Yandex SmartCaptcha service) — on behalf of the Operator, in the request form after I tick this consent: my IP address and technical data about my browser and device, to tell a person from a program. It keeps this data for up to 60 days and also uses it to improve the service;
• YANDEX LLC (ООО «Яндекс»), 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021, Russia — the visitor and click IDs and how my request ended, without my name or contact details: in Yandex Metrica they are processed on behalf of the Operator, and in Yandex Direct YANDEX LLC uses them to show the Operator’s ads under its own rules.

The data is shared with others only where the law requires.

Where the data is processed

The Operator and its databases are in Russia. If I am in another country, my data comes to the Operator in Russia and is processed under the laws of the Russian Federation.

How long

This consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than one year from the day I send the request, or until I withdraw it. After that, the data is destroyed or depersonalized. If a contract is signed following my request, the data it needs is then processed on the basis of that contract (clause 5, part 1, Article 6 of Law 152-FZ) — for the term of the contract and for the document retention periods set by Russian accounting and tax laws.

Withdrawal of consent

I can withdraw this consent by emailing help@f4studio.com or by post to the Operator’s address. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys my data within 30 days. Without my consent, the Operator may continue processing only if it has another basis under clauses 2–11, part 1, Article 6; part 2, Article 10; or part 2, Article 11 of Law 152-FZ — for example, if a contract has already been signed following my request (part 2, Article 9 of Law 152-FZ).
