1. About these Terms

1.1. These Terms set the rules for using f4studio.com (the “Site”). The Site belongs to Individual Entrepreneur Dmitrii Shamilevich Isaev (ИП Исаев Дмитрий Шамилевич), a sole proprietor registered in Russia, who runs F4 Studio (“we”, “us”); INN 165607538865, OGRNIP 325169000076149; address: Apt. 29, 8 Sadovaya St., Osinovo village, Zelenodolsk Municipal District, Republic of Tatarstan, 422527, Russia (422527, Республика Татарстан, Зеленодольский муниципальный район, с. 1.2. The Site tells you about our services and lets you send us a request. It has no accounts, payments or user content.

1.3. These Terms do not cover personal data. How we process it is explained in the Privacy Policy; data from the request form is processed only with the consent you give by ticking a separate box (Consent to the Processing of Personal Data). Using the Site does not mean consenting to the processing of your personal data.

2. Information on the Site is not an offer

2.1. Everything on the Site — services, case studies, timelines, figures — is for information only and is not a public offer (Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). The scope, timeline, price and other terms of any project are agreed in a separate written contract.

2.2. We try to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but we may change it at any time and do not guarantee that it is complete or current.

3. Intellectual property

3.1. The texts, design, graphics, pixel art, code, the F4 Studio name and logo on the Site belong to us or are used under license. Materials of client projects may belong to our clients and are shown with their permission.

3.2. You may view the Site, share links to it and quote it within the limits allowed by law, with a link to the source. Any other copying, reproduction or use of its materials requires our written permission.

3.3. If you believe something on the Site infringes your rights, write to help@f4studio.com or to our address (clause 1.1), stating what is infringed, where on the Site and why — we will look into it without delay.

4. Using the Site

Please use the Site lawfully. Do not disrupt or overload it, probe it for vulnerabilities, get around its protection, send automated or spam requests through the form, or submit someone else’s details without the right to do so.

5. Links to other websites

The Site links to resources run by others — Telegram, social networks, Yandex services. They are governed by their own rules, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Availability and liability

The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. We may change, suspend or stop it at any time and are not liable for losses arising from its use or from being unable to use it, except where such liability cannot be limited under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be waived by agreement.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
